Chris Sims

Chief Technology Officer

Chief Technology Officer, Chris Sims, oversees research, development, and technology trends so that ChannelNet's patented platform, Sitebuilder™, remains at the forefront. He constantly seeks ways to exploit data and incorporate new technologies to achieve customers' results.

Chris is also responsible for working with clients and their technical staff on integrations, system goals, and planning. His specialized experience covers software architecture and design patterns for web-based and mobile software technology, web API, mobile applications, and responsive web design. He is also well versed in the Scrum Framework.

A technologist since the start of his career, Chris has been with ChannelNet for over eight years. His background includes managing hardware and software, including software architecture, development principles, architecture processes, policies, and technical design. At ChannelNet, he started as an associate software engineer and quickly assumed leadership and management roles. Before ChannelNet, he worked as a help desk technician and application developer.

Molly Smith

Vice President of Operations

As Chief Operating Officer, Molly Smith is responsible for all clients and their channel partners' program successes and support and our project management office (PMO) and resource management. She works to strengthen our solution's delivery and ensure that our growing list of client solutions are completed successfully and get the results our clients need.

Molly sets the vision for the PMO and aligns the end-to-end processes with ChannelNet's resources. Her goal is to position our clients and ChannelNet for continued long-term growth.

Molly is an expert at evaluating and designing processes that optimize websites to generate leads and walk-in traffic for our clients' brick and mortar retailers. Her training philosophy centers on building a fundamental understanding of tools and procedures from support and end-user perspectives. She draws upon a wealth of experience across a variety of programs.

Before this role, Smith was ChannelNet's vice president over customer support and services. Molly has been with ChannelNet for over 20 years.

Before joining the ChannelNet team, Molly held a variety of frontline support, training, and leadership positions in the automotive industry. Her experiences helped her understand what is necessary to lay the foundation for successful launches, including streamlining support and training programs and improving client education.

Molly's experience, leadership, and professionalism help ensure that our clients successfully utilize their solutions.

Timothy Cory

Creative Director — Experience Design, Strategy & Data Insights

As the creative director, he develops a strategy using data insights to deliver marketing solutions, finding unique ideas that solve a business problem to meet objectives. Passionate in executing the grand vision of "In the Moment" customer-centric experiences where every place is the right place and every time the right time to have a personalized brand conversation and engagement.

Tim's brand expertise and knowledge for developing data-driven content expand across the automotive, financial services, healthcare, fashion/beauty, and B2C sectors. With a strong background and expertise in shopper marketing, brand identity, and broadcast, he focuses on the intersection between the customer and what is best for business growth. He has been awarded many accolades for his work over the 30 years of marketing and advertising venture. Twenty-plus years were succeeding at top-tier agencies like SapientRazorfish, GTB, J. Walter Thompson, Y&R, and Doyle Advertising.

David Indish

Vice President of Client Services

David Indish, Vice President of Client Services, oversees ChannelNet’s eBusiness Support Center (eBSC), responsible for providing technical and content support for all ChannelNet’s clients and customers. The eBSC team is also responsible for onboarding new clients and project-based content implementations for existing clients. To this end, David and the eBSC team work closely with ChannelNet’s Development, Creative, Project Management, and Quality Assurance departments to ensure projects are completed on time and with the highest level of quality.

In addition to managing eBSC, David interfaces with clients, provide virtually in-person training, and conducts a variety of feature, sales, and technical demonstrations.

David’s passion is building a vibrant, passionate, and cross-disciplinary team of professionals capable of facing a variety of business challenges head-on. Because of this, the eBSC team consists of young men and women with experience in technical support, front-end development, professional writing, and creative development. David has been at ChannelNet for over fifteen years.
